Brooke's Buffalo Wings

We have messed around with this one a bit. Its just the right spice without being too hot. As always add more hot sauce if you like it a scorcher.

1 cup hot sauce

¾ cup margarine

¾ teaspoon red pepper

½ teaspoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Some Marie's Blue Cheese Salad Dressing, for dipping. It's  the kind that comes in a mason jar.

Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan. Place the saucepan over LOW heat, the lowest setting you can get.. Leave it on the heat and stir it long enough to melt the margarine, which only take about a minute.

The real secret to good buffalo wings is to bake the wings in an oven. Toss them on a broiling pan and bake at around 375 degrees for about half an hour. Keep an eye on them. You want them to be “golden brown”. How many times have you heard that phrase before? Then place them in a big bowl and pour in the sauce. Mix the wings around and there you have it.
