Grant’s Famous Midnight Grill
BBQ Sauce

1 bottle of real cheap BBQ sauce. Anything over a $1.50 and you’ve paid too much
            1 oz Dewar’s Scotch Whisky
            1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
            ½ tsp. ginger
            ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
            ½ tsp. paprika
            ½ tsp. chili powder
            ½ tsp. garlic powder
            ½ tsp. onion salt
            ½ tsp. oregano
1 TBS of red pepper flakes
            1 ½ TBS of sugar
a few pinches of black pepper
a couple of shots of hot sauce unless you are a wuss

*** tsp. = teaspoon and TBS = tablespoon. Don’t laugh. I forget which is which.

Mix well. Real well cause that booze doesn’t like to blend. If you have the time, let it sit over night in the refrigerator. If you have a small kitchen funnel, you can pour it back into the original bottle of BBQ sauce. And then you’ll have it on hand. Unless you are real slobs like us and use the whole thing in one sitting.
