The Official Side Dish of the Midnight grill
What? You may ask. No strange baked bean concoction? Naw. We tried that a few times. But BBQ baked beans just always seemed like too much BBQ. When ya got a sauce as BOLD and SPICY on your meat like ours, you don't need anything else. We then came up with macaroni and cheese. I t gives a nice balance to the meal. And what other then Kraft Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese. It's the cheesiest don't ya know.

There are 4 varieties, Original, Four Cheese, Sharp Cheddar, and Light (boooooo). The Four Cheese is a bit milder. | |

Make sure you fire up the water about 20 minutes before the grilling is done. Don't want to keep that meat waiting. | |

Here is a little tip from Pete's grandmother. While the water is boiling rest the cheese packet on the middle of the stove. (not on the burners, Beavis) The warmth from the stove top softens the cheese up quite nicely. Makes it pour out easier and blends a heck of a lot nicer. |
